The Well Essentials turns ONE YEAR OLD today. While a part of me can't believe that it has already been a year, another part of me feels like I have been at this forever. As hard as owning your own business is...and guys it is so f***ing hard, it also is exactly what I am supposed to be doing, and I have never been more confident of that.

The Well Essentials has grown and pivoted in so many different ways over this past year in ways that I could not be more proud of, and a huge part of that is due to the wonderful community we have here.
