Hey there! I'm Meg, a sustainability expert, global health dietitian and eternal optimist with big dreams of positively impacting the world all while embracing a joyfully slow, sustainable way of living.
I believe that our food has the ability to connect us across cultures and generations, that our daily lives should be rooted more in intention and less out of habit, and that each and every person has the power to create incredible ripples of change on the world around them simply by choosing to believe that they can make a difference.
