This spread has an incredible herb and cheese flavor, and the texture is spot on! I knew it was the real deal when I had my husband try it (who used to work for a cheese company!) and he said that it was absolutely delicious and something he would eat with a spoon (if I let him haha). I personally think it goes perfectly with my favorite Mary's Crackers that are gluten free and have an awesome crunch to them.
