There are many ways that we can choose to prioritize spirituality and reflection in our own lives, and no going to church or meditation are not the only ways. Simple things like taking a walk in nature, going for a yoga class, or writing in a journal, are all excellent ways to get out of our own heads, and reflect on who we are, what we believe, and what we do and do not have control of.
