And I totally get it, you want to FEEL your best on your wedding day, this is where I come in. Through our three month bridal nutrition package I work with brides on intuitive eating, balanced meal planning, and stress management skills that naturally will supports weight related concerns, and a healthy complexion but more importantly will support a positive body image, and a healthy, happy mind leading into your wedding day.
