Immediately after you purchase The Well Library you will be instructed on how to setup your membership login and will be able to gain access.

Will I Have Access To Future Well Library Content?

YES! When you join The Well Library you will have immediate access to all future content that is added.

Can I Request Resources To Be Added To The Well Library?

YES! While we don’t guarantee that your resource request will be added, as a member of The Well Library you are able to submit requests whenever you life. Over the course of the year we track all of our member requests and four times a year add a new set of resources, recipes, tools, etc. based off of our members interests and feedback.

What format is the The Well Library Content delivered in?

The Well Library is 100% online and is available through a member only online portal. The resources in The Well Library can be viewed online or downloaded for your convenience. 

How do I know if The Well Library is a good fit for me? 

We honestly think that than any woman could benefit from The Well Library, and have made it affordable so that many women are able to gain access to this much needed information. But if you are still hesitant please reach out to Megan via email and she is happy to answer any of your questions or concerns before purchasing.

I am a health coach/nutritionist, can I use The Well Library to continue my education and as a resource for my clients.

The Well Library is an excellent tool for health coaches, nutritionists, personal trainers and other members of the health field. You are free to use the resources in The Well Library to help better coach your clients, however you cannot give your membership access to your clients — that is just for you.

Is there a money back guarantee? 

At this time refunds are not provided for The Well Library purchases due to the downloadable content of the material, we currently have hundreds of members and have never received a complaint or refund request. We also encourage our members to submit their resource requests and feedback so we can always continue to improve and serve our members.

Will The Well Library help me improve my health? 

The Well Library is a comprehensive set of tools and resources to help support you along your own personal health journey, however it is ultimately up to you to take the information and put it into action to improve your health and overall wellness.

Can’t I just find this information for free online? 

There is a lot of good and bad information online, and most hasn't been written by a qualified nutrition/public health professional. The Well Library is an incredible resource that will help guide you along your health journey and provide you the qualified answers you know you can trust. The Well Library also contains specific product and resource recommendations, meal plans, exclusive recipes, and brand discounts that you will only find in The Well Library.

What is the difference between a Registered Dietitian and a Nutritionist?

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists are experts in areas of food and nutrition, and have completed over 1200 hours of clinical practice, and an accredited undergraduate (or graduate) education program.

What are Megan's professional credentials?

Megan Faletra (MS, MPH, RDN) is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters of Science in International Food Policy and Applied Nutrition from Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition. She also holds a Masters of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Megan specializes in integrative nutrition and sustainability, combining evidence based nutritional medicine with integrative approaches to whole-body health.

Will The Well Library help me lose weight? 

We do not focus on weight loss here at The Well Essentials and believe that by teaching intuitive eating and a reconnection with food, our bodies, and the world around us people are actually able to achieve natural weight balance, and more importantly live a joy filled, healthy life - whatever that looks like for them.

Is this good for someone with a chronic medical condition? 

The Well Library should not replace the guidance of your personal doctor or dietitian, however it is a whole-body, compassionate approach to health and wellness and would be beneficial to anyone with a chronic health condition.

How many hours per week do I need to dedicate to The Well Library? 

You can dedicate as much or as little time as you like. This information is 100% there for you to utilize at your own pace and based on your own personal needs.
